Fairview Mortgages Cruise Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

By entering the Fairview Mortgages Cruise Giveaway (“Contest”), participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is organized and sponsored by Fairview Mortgages (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any cruise line or third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of New Brunswick who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, and representatives of Fairview Mortgages, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.

No purchase, mortgage approval, or financial commitment is required to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Contest through the following methods during the Contest Period:

a) Social Engagement Entries (Likes, Shares, and Comments)

Participants will receive:

  • One (1) entry for each “like” on an approved Fairview Mortgages contest-related post.

  • One (1) entry for each “share” of an approved contest-related post.

  • One (1) entry for each “comment” on an approved contest-related post.

Only interactions on designated contest posts made during the Contest Period will qualify. Duplicate comments or spam interactions may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

b) Entry Form Submission (Bonus Entries)

Participants will receive five (5) bonus entries by completing and submitting the official Contest Entry Form through Fairview Mortgages.

c) Referral Entry

Participants will receive one (1) entry for each referral (“Referred Party”) who completes and submits a Contest Entry Form through Fairview Mortgages during the Contest Period.

The referral entry must include the referrer’s full name and contact information at the time of submission (or via an approved referral form), as well as the Referred Party’s contact information. By providing this information, referrers confirm that they have the Referred Party’s authorization to share their contact details with Fairview Mortgages in the context of this contest.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant may submit.

Referral is optional and not a condition of entry.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM ADT and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ADT. All eligible entries must be received within this period.

5. Prize

Grand Prize:
A cruise for two (2), including:

  • Round-trip cruise fare for two people

  • Accommodation in a standard cabin

  • Cruise provider selected by Fairview Mortgages

Fairview Mortgages will contribute up to $5,000 CAD toward the cost of the cruise. If the winner selects a cruise valued above $5,000, the winner will be responsible for covering the additional cost.

Fairview Mortgages is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or technical issues caused by the cruise provider.

Prize Conditions:

  • The winner has 12 months from the date of notification to book the trip.

  • The prize does not include transportation to/from the cruise port, passports, visas, insurance, personal expenses, port fees, gratuities, or incidental costs.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.

  • Travel subject to availability, blackout dates, and cruise provider rules.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about April 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM ADT.

The selected winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 5 business days.

To claim the prize, the selected entrant must:

  • Respond within 7 calendar days

  • Correctly answer a skill-testing question

  • Complete a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release

If the selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. General Rules

Fairview Mortgages reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Fairview Mortgages may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fairview Mortgages is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical errors affecting entry submission or winner selection

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

9. Privacy

By entering the Contest, participants consent to Fairview Mortgages collecting and using their personal information to administer the Contest and for future marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for Contest administration or by law.

Participants may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal limitations.

10. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by New Brunswick laws and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in New Brunswick courts.

11. Consent

By checking the Terms and Conditions box on the Contest Entry Form, participants confirm that they:

  • Consent to Fairview Mortgages contacting them for Contest and marketing purposes

  • Consent to Fairview Mortgages securely storing their information

  • Have read and agree to the Fairview Mortgages Privacy Policy

  • Have proper authorization to share any referred party’s information
